  • From 9:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 19:00, everyday

You can still send us a SMS, when you want, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply specify your name and the reason for your call.

HOW CAN I BOOK?

By filling out the reservation form in PDF format and sending it to us, or by simply completing our form at the bottom of the page. Nathalie will then send you an estimate. If you wish to book you will have to pay a deposit by check, transfer, holiday vouchers or by the VAD service. You will receive a further booking confirmation email with up to date instructions

YOUR ARRIVAL

Time of arrival for a pitch or lodging is 14:00 Go to the reception which can be found at the entrance of the campsite. Nathalie will take care of you, showing you to your pitch or rental accommodation. They will explain everything you need to know to make your stay with us an enjoyable one. We are here to help, please feel free to contact us at any time with any questions or concerns.

Rental accommodation is available on Saturday from 16:00 to 20:00, departure on Saturday before 10:00. Two deposits are required: €150 (damage) and €50 (cleaning).

For pitches, arrivals start at 14:00, departures are before 12:00.

In the event of your failure to adhere to the correct number of people allowed in each type of rental accommodation, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking for breach of contract. The number of people includes adults, children and babies.

For people with reduced mobility "Le Village Du Bosc" Campsite presents rather difficult terrain, given its rugged topography. The campsite nevertheless has facilities to accommodate people with reduced mobility who wish to spend a few days with us in full knowledge of this fact. In the new large sanitary block, in the lowest part of the campsite, you will find a fully equipped cabin.

Extract from the General Booking Conditions

  • I acknowledge that I have read the general conditions of reservation and accept them. Arrival at 14:00 for the campsite and 16:00 for rental accommodation
  • Departure before 12:00 for the campsite and 10:00 for rental accommodation
  • A cancellation insurance is strongly advised, either taken out with the establishment or independently. I will be asked to provide proof. Any cancellation must be made in writing by registered mail with AR. I recognize that, without this contract cancellation, the establishment cannot guarantee the reimbursement of my stay.
  • If I cancel my stay without a contract before 30 days of my arrival, my deposit will not be returned to me.
  • If I cancel my stay without a contract 30 days or less before my arrival date my deposit will not be returned and I will  be obliged to pay the full cost of my stay.
  • I promise to pay the balance 30 days before my arrival. In the case of late payment or failure to provide appropriate information on the part of the client, the campsite reserves the right to book out the pitch or rental accommodation as it sees fit. In this case, all payments will remain with the campsite.
  • Methods of payment accepted: cash, check, holiday check, credit card Visa, Master and Maestro.
