Our opening hours

  • May / June / September : from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., every day
  • July and August: from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., every day

Outside these opening hours, it is always possible to contact us in case of emergency : send an SMS or a message via WhatsApp, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For any other request, simply specify your name and the reason for your request and we will reply as soon as possible (within 24 hours maximum).

Attention

Our campsite is NOT visited. You stay there ! I'm sorry for those nostalgic for the good old days.

How can you book?

By filling in the reservation form in PDF format and sending it to us, or simply by filling in our form at the bottom of the page.

From there, Nathalie will prepare a quote which she will send to you. If you agree, you will need to pay a deposit by cheque, bank transfer, holiday vouchers or via the VAD service. You will receive another reservation confirmation email with the final instructions.

When you arrive

On the day of your arrival, whether for a camping pitch or a rental accommodation, you should go to the reception which is located right at the entrance of the campsite. Nathalie will take care of you, show you your pitch or accommodation and explain everything you need to know so that you can enjoy an excellent stay with us. We are here for you, so do not hesitate to come and ask us questions during the reception opening hours.

Rental accommodations are available on Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. It is absolutely not possible to arrive earlier. Departure is on Saturday before 10 a.m. ; in the event of an early departure, the deposits will not be returned and will be sent to you after verification of the condition of the accommodation.

Two deposits will be required : €150 in case of damage and €60 for cleaning not carried out.

For camping pitches, arrivals take place from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. It is absolutely not possible to arrive earlier. It is strictly forbidden to enter the campsite to visit it before having gone to the reception.

Departures take place before 11 a.m.

In case of non-compliance with the number of people allowed in the type of accommodation, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation for breach of contract. The number of people includes adults, children and babies.

For persons with reduced mobility

The campsite "Le Village du Bosc" is rather difficult terrain, given its uneven topography. Nevertheless, the campsite has equipped itself with facilities that allow it to welcome any person with reduced mobility wishing to spend a few days on holiday, in full knowledge of the situation.

In the new large sanitary block, in the lowest part of the campsite, you will notably find a fully equipped cabin.

Excerpt from the General Booking Conditions

I acknowledge having read the general booking conditions and accept them. Arrival is scheduled at 2 p.m. for camping and at 4 p.m. for rental accommodation.

Departure must take place before 11 a.m. for camping and before 10 a.m. for rental accommodation. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended ; I subscribe to it with the establishment or by my own means. Proof will then be requested.

Any cancellation must be made in writing by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Without this, the establishment will not be able to guarantee the reimbursement of my stay without a cancellation contract, and I acknowledge the risk.

If I cancel my stay without a contract within 30 days or less before my arrival, my deposit will not be refunded as compensation and I will be obliged to pay the balance of my stay.

I undertake to pay the balance 30 days before my arrival. In case of delay and lack of information from the client, the campsite may dispose of the pitch or the rental accommodation at its discretion.

In this case, all payments will remain with the campsite. Accepted payment methods are : cash, check, holiday vouchers, and bank cards Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.
